Where is Core Engineering located, and which countries do you work in?

Our office is at Váci út 99, Balance Hall 3rd floor, H-1139 Budapest, Hungary. We work for clients across the European Union — on site where the project needs it, and remotely for tender and design review work.

What kind of projects do you work on?

Industrial plants, data centres and commercial buildings — the electrical scope from medium-voltage and low-voltage distribution to lighting, fire alarm and building management systems.

A recent reference is the Şişecam Glass Packaging Factory in Kaposvár, Hungary (2025–2026), where we handled contract compliance, subcontractor selection, procurement workflows and technical office operations together with Waterfall Engineering. Projects →

Who are your clients?

MEP and electrical contractors, construction firms, real estate investors, developers and project owners.

At what stage can Core Engineering join a project?

At any stage: at tender, when the electrical scope has to be priced and checked for gaps; during design, for design management and review; or mid-execution, when a project needs technical and contractual control on site. We stay until handover and commissioning if needed.

Do you produce electrical designs?

We manage and review design rather than draw it. We coordinate the design consultants, check electrical, mechanical and architectural designs against each other and against codes, and make sure the design is buildable, priced and on schedule. If you need a design office, we can manage one on your behalf.

How much does Core Engineering charge?

There is no fixed price list, because electrical scopes differ too much from project to project. Send us the project documents or a short description and we reply with a written proposal for that scope.

What software products does Core Engineering make?

BidIndex (bidindex.eu) is a European tender platform that collects notices from 30 national procurement portals.

ScopeSense (scopesense.eu), now in development, reads technical tender documents, extracts the electrical scope and flags what is missing.

General software development for other sectors — web, mobile, AI assistants — is offered separately at ai.coreeng.eu.

What languages do you work in?

We work in English, Turkish, Hungarian and German.
